Krimson Hair Studio is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings while on salon premises. We encourage you to keep valuables with you during your visit.

It is of the utmost importance to us that you are satisfied with your experience at Krimson Hair Studio. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed. All services are non-refundable, but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service when appropriate. Additional fees may apply.

Service
Krimson Hair Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns on unused retail products within 7 days of the original purchase date. All approved returns will be issued as salon credit only; no cash refunds.
Late Policy
Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or shorten the services provided. Late arrivals may still be subject to the cancellation and no-show policy.
Cancellation
and No-Show
Policy
Changes or cancellations to a booked appointment must be made with no less than 24 hours' notice. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the booked appointment and must be paid before scheduling a future appointment. A 50% deposit may also be required for the next appointment.
Children
Krimson Hair Studio offers services and pricing for children and teens. Teens are welcome to attend their appointments without a parent or guardian. For everyone's comfort, children using phones, tablets, or other devices must use headphones or keep the device silent. If a child is crying, screaming, or otherwise disrupting other guests and cannot be settled, we may need to pause or discontinue the service and reschedule for another time.
Phone Use
To help maintain a relaxing salon environment, please silence your phone ringer during your visit. Speakerphone calls, videos, music, and other audio played aloud are not permitted. Please use headphones or earbuds whenever listening to audio on a personal device.
Animals
Trained service animals only.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
Copies of gift certificates are not accepted.

All gift certificates are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are valid at Krimson Hair Studio only for available products and services.
