QUESTIONS
  • Q. How can I get more volume when styling my hair? A. First of all, the right cut with layers and texture in the right placed will give you maximum volume.  With that in place, use a large round brush in the crown area and after your hair is dry, hold 1-2 inch sections up and apply a bit of strong hairspray to the roots.  (We recommend either Redken Workforce or Unite Maxcontrol).  While still holding the hair up, give it a quick blast with the hairdryer to set.  This will give you volume that lasts all day.
  • Q. My eyebrows are uneven or too thin, can this be fixed? A. Of course.  Most people over tweeze the middle or tweeze too much on the top.  Put those tweezers down and let either Sonia or Mercedes fix you up!
  • Q. What’s the difference between a partial weave and full weave? A. A weave( aka Highlights, lowlights)  is a service performed with foils.  This look is achieved by highlighting the sides and the top of the head with either bleach or color(s).  A Full weave is achieved with the same process but the entire head is highlighted or lowlighted.
